1. Service Agreement

By scheduling a cleanout, bulk trash haul, make-ready, or handyman service with H.H. Property & Estate Services, you agree to allow our authorized personnel and equipment access to the designated property.

2. Estimates & Pricing

Quotes provided via our online calculator are preliminary estimates based on user input. Final written authorization is confirmed after on-site evaluation before work begins.

3. Hazardous Materials

H.H. Property & Estate Services does not haul hazardous chemicals, biohazards, or flammable explosive liquids without prior written disclosure and specialty authorization.
